What does AI cost per outcome in GBP? For support AI, published prices run from about £0.15 per AI-handled conversation (Richpanel) to £1.30 per automated resolution (Zendesk). Each vendor bills a different unit, so the cheapest unit isn't always the cheapest bill: for 3 agents, 2,000 tickets and 1,000 AI outcomes a month, Richpanel comes to about £371, eDesk about £827, Gorgias about £896 and Zendesk £1,416. Email, reviews and attribution tools mostly fold AI into the plan price or a usage allowance.

A cheap unit that counts more things can cost more than a dear unit that counts fewer.
