Privacy policy: what happens to your data on AI Native Consumer Brands?

The short version: we collect very little, we never sell it, and you can ask us to see or delete it at any time. Last updated 22 Oct 2026.

Who looks after your data?

Superposition Limited runs AI Native Consumer Brands. It is a private limited company registered with Companies House (company number 15726778), and its registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. We are the "controller" of the personal data described here under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). For any privacy question or request, contact us or email [email protected].

What do we collect, and why?

When you use one of our forms

Our contact form, submit a tool form and list a deal form collect what you type in: usually your name, email address and message, plus details of the tool or deal. We use it only to reply to you and to check and publish the tool or deal you sent. Our form provider, Formspree, receives the form for us and emails it to us.

Lawful basis: legitimate interests. You have asked us something or sent us something, and we need your details to deal with it.

When you sign up for our brief

If you subscribe to our email brief, we hold your email address and basic details about how you use the emails (for example, whether an email was opened or a link clicked). Sign-up happens on beehiiv, the newsletter platform we use, and beehiiv stores the list for us. We use it only to send you the brief.

Lawful basis: your consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and once you unsubscribe we stop emailing you straight away.

When you browse the site

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other sites and does not build a profile of you. We only see totals, such as how many people visited a page. Our host, Cloudflare, also processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

Lawful basis: legitimate interests in running a secure site and understanding which pages are useful.

Do we use cookies?

No. AI Native Consumer Brands does not set any cookies, so there is no cookie banner. If you go to our sign-up page on beehiiv, or click through to a tool's website, that site has its own cookie and privacy policies.

Who do we share it with?

We never sell your data or share it with tool vendors or advertisers. We only use these service providers, who process data on our behalf:

Some of these providers are based in the US or use servers outside the UK. Where your data leaves the UK, we rely on the safeguards UK law requires, such as the UK-US data bridge or the UK's international data transfer agreement or addendum.

How long do we keep it?

What are your rights?

You can ask us to:

Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, contact us. We will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would like the chance to put it right first.

How do you unsubscribe?

Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us. Or contact us and we will remove you.

Are you a brand or vendor named in our data?

Our directory and research use public information about companies, such as prices on vendor websites and the tools that brands' public homepages load. To correct or remove something, see corrections and opt-out.

Will this policy change?

If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
